Presidential spokesman Daniel Bwala has mocked Arise Television anchor Rufai Oseni, accusing him of being an unofficial spokesman for Mr Peter Obi, presidential candidate of the Nigeria Democratic Congress, NDC.
In a post on X on Monday, Bwala alleged that Oseni’s recent interrogation of Obi on policy issues, particularly electricity generation, was an attempt to conceal his support for the former Anambra State governor.
Obi pledged to increase Nigeria’s electricity generation and distribution capacity to at least 10,000 megawatts (MW) within four years if elected President in 2027.
