The document, shared by a user identified as @unkleAyo on X, is said to outline a compensation package for a Quality Assurance role within the company. According to the post, the annual salary is pegged at approximately ₦1.9 million—a figure that quickly stirred debate across social media.
“This is currently circulated as what Moniepoint offers for a Quality Assurance role. ₦1.9M per year,” the user wrote.
He further broke down the figure in global terms, claiming it amounts to about $1,300 annually, or roughly $115 per month, while questioning the company’s stance on global talent.
Details in the circulating document also highlighted standard employment conditions, including working hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with the possibility of extended hours depending on workload. It noted that extra hours may not be paid unless approved at the company’s discretion.
