Step-by-Step Guide for Change of Institution/Course
Visit an Accredited CBT Centre: Walk into any JAMB-approved centre with your registration slip.
Request for Correction of Data: Inform the officer that you wish to perform a “Change of Institution” or “Change of Course.”
Payment: A mandatory fee of ₦2,500 (plus a CBT service charge, usually ₦700 to ₦1,000) is typically required.
Data Update: Provide your new choices (First, Second, Third, or Fourth choice) to the operator.
Biometric Verification: You will be required to thumbprint to authorize the change.
Print Confirmation: Ensure you collect your Change of Data Slip as proof of the transaction.
It is also important for candidates to confirm if they meet the requirements of the course and the institution they intend to change to before proceeding.
