The Opta SuperComputer has predicted that Spain will win the 2026 World Cup.
La Roja are the current European champions and have been tipped by many pundits to become world champions.
De Le Fuentes’ men are in Group H along with debutants Cape Verde, Uruguay and Saudi Arabia.
Opta has given Spain a 16.0% chance of winning the World Cup, while France is in second with 12.9%.
England is in third place with a 10.8% probability of winning it for the first time since 1966.
The tournament kicks off Thursday night with Mexico, one of the co-hosts, taking on South Africa.
