Italian financial institution UniCredit has reached a share buy deal to terminate its non-life insurance coverage enterprise with UnipolSai Assicurazioni.
Beneath the deal, UniCredit will purchase 51% of the issued share capital of Italian P&C insurance coverage agency Incontra.
