WorldWideGists Service User Agreement

This Service User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access and use of the WorldWideGists platform (“WorldWideGists,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By creating an account, posting content, or using our Services, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the Services.
1. Eligibility and Registration

- Spreads misinformation or impersonates others.
2.3 You agree not to use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to collect data from the platform.
2.4 You are solely responsible for the content you publish on WorldWideGists.
3. User-Generated Content
3.1 You retain ownership of any articles, posts, images, or other materials (“User Content”) you share on WorldWideGists.
3.2 By posting, you grant WorldWideGists a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, host, display, distribute, and promote your content in connection with operating the platform.
3.3 WorldWideGists does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of User Content. You acknowledge that any reliance on User Content is at your own risk.
3.4 We reserve the right to remove or restrict content that violates this Agreement or our community rules.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 All platform-related content, including the WorldWideGists name, logo, software, and design, is owned by WorldWideGists or its licensors.
4.2 You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Services without our prior written consent.
5. Privacy
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share your information.
6. Community Interaction
6.1 You agree to interact with other users respectfully.
6.2 Bullying, harassment, spamming, or abusive behaviour will result in suspension or termination of your account.
6.3 WorldWideGists reserves the right to moderate discussions and enforce community rules.
7. Disclaimers
7.1 WorldWideGists is a content-sharing platform. We do not verify or guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted content.
7.2 The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without any warranties.
7.3 WorldWideGists is not responsible for damages or losses resulting from reliance on content published by users.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, WorldWideGists shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the Services.
8.2 Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination of Services
9.1 You may delete your account at any time.
9.2 WorldWideGists may suspend or terminate your account if you violate this Agreement, community rules, or applicable laws.

- No spamming, repetitive posting, or irrelevant advertising.
- No use of bots, scripts, or fake accounts.
- No hacking, phishing, or attempts to compromise platform security.
13.5 Privacy and Safety
- Do not share private or personal information (addresses, phone numbers, financial details) without consent.
- No impersonation of other users, public figures, or organisations.
- Respect the safety and boundaries of all community members.
13.6 Reporting Violations
- Use the reporting tools responsibly to flag harmful or rule-breaking content.
- Do not misuse reporting to harass other users.
13.7 Enforcement
- Violations may result in warnings, content removal, suspension, or permanent account termination.
- WorldWideGists reserves the right to enforce these rules at its sole discretion.
