On Sunday I went for a tougher two and a half hour journey with intervals thrown in. There’s a case to be made that I overdid it as a result of my legs have been a bit sore yesterday. So after my higher physique energy exercise and a few strolling with hand weights, I went for a simple journey.
My higher physique exercise is fairly easy as of late (twice every week). First I warmup up with arm biking on my recumbent bike, described right here. Then I set the resistance to the best stage and do some energy work with arm biking. Then I do Tabata-style arm biking sprints. Then it’s off to the storage to do coaching with resistance bands, one set every of horizontal push (chest press), horizontal pull (row), vertical press (shoulder press), and vertical pull (pulldowns). I end with some strolling with hand weights for a cooldown. This all takes lower than half-hour. I additionally do belly work later within the day.
After the higher physique work, I completely loved the simple journey of about 90 minutes out within the Coyote Valley northwest of Morgan Hill. My legs felt nice after they warmed up. It was a lovely early fall day within the 50s
