Jamie Lee Curtis Praised the Star – StyleCaster


Pamela Anderson was some of the glam celebrities of the ’90s and early 2000s. Now, at 56 years previous, she’s proving you don’t want make-up to slay — even at Paris Vogue Week. Anderson hit up the style exhibits with no make-up, sporting a contemporary, hydrated face with glowy pores and skin along with her signature lengthy blonde hair cascading down.

We aren’t the one ones who observed. Iconic actor Jamie Lee Curtis posted Anderson’s image on her Instagram praising the star for her pure magnificence. “THE NATURAL BEAUTY REVOLUTION HAS OFFICIALLY BEGUN!” she wrote. “@pamelaanderson in the course of trend week with so many pressures and postures, and and and, this lady confirmed up and claimed her seat on the desk with nothing on her face. I’m so impressed and floored by this act of braveness and revolt.”

Her well-known associates agree. “Love this. Lovely self assuredness,” Selma Blair commented. “Ladies are reclaiming ourselves…our faces, our our bodies, our pure magnificence beneath the burden of society’s unrelenting expectations,” stated entrepreneur Erin Gallagher.

In an interview with Elle, Anderson talked about her determination to go makeup-free. It was, partly, because of her lastly having the ability to make her personal selections about what she seems like. “I simply went together with what folks have been telling me what to do,” she stated. Then, when her make-up artist, Alexis Vogel, tragically handed away from breast most cancers, she gave up on her authentic look altogether.

“She was one of the best,” Anderson instructed the journal. “And since then, I simply felt, with out Alexis, it’s simply higher for me to not put on make-up.” The end result has been “releasing, and enjoyable, and somewhat rebellious too. As a result of I did discover that there have been all these folks doing huge make-up seems, and it’s similar to me to go towards the grain and do the other what everybody’s doing,” she stated. “I feel all of us begin wanting somewhat humorous after we grow old. And I’m sort of laughing at myself after I have a look at the mirror. I am going, ‘Wow, that is actually…what’s taking place to me?’ It’s a journey.”
