Firm continues hiring spree with the addition of a Portland-based business vet
Alliant Insurance coverage Companies has added to its string of current hires with the appointment of Abe Hawkins as vice chairman within the Alliant Americas division. Hawkins might be based mostly in Portland, Ore., and can contribute to the growth of Alliant’s presence within the Pacific Northwest.
Hawkins brings with him over 20 years of expertise within the business property and casualty business. His experience lies in sectors similar to development, manufacturing, and getting older providers, with a robust deal with staff’ compensation.
“Abe understands that communication and consumer service are the cornerstones of any enterprise relationship, and he strives to exceed the expectations of his shoppers in each scenario,” stated Bob Bennetsen, government vice chairman and senior managing director with Alliant. “He is aware of the challenges companies are dealing with in the present day and has the insights and expertise to assist them obtain their targets.”
Previous to becoming a member of Alliant, Hawkins served as a senior vice chairman at a property and casualty insurance coverage agency. He’s a graduate of Portland State College.
Hawkins is the newest addition to Alliant’s rising roster. Earlier this month, Alliant introduced the appointment of Jennifer Carl as a vice chairman inside its worker advantages division and Jeremy Wright as a vice chairman inside the Alliant Americas division.
